SENATE BILL NO. 359 "An Act relating to organization grants for                                     
mergers, consolidations, or unifications involving third class

Senator Phillips, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                  
adoption of the Rules Committee Substitute offered on page 3259.                                    
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 359(RLS) "An Act                                          
relating to organization grants for mergers, consolidations, or                                     
unifications involving third class boroughs; and relating to                                        
identification by the Local Boundary Commission of areas that meet                                  
the standards for borough incorporation" was adopted and read the                                   
second time.                                                                                        
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                    
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final                                 
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                                      
                                                                                                    
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 359(RLS) was read the third time.                                            
                                                                                                    
The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 359(RLS)
